Welcome to Kandè. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and
acknowledged by Kandè.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors,
suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected
by subsequent price changes.

3. Payment
Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched.
Payments must be made through our approved payment channels.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Kandè is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, public holidays,
weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery
charges resulting from incorrect addresses may apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to delivering quality products.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The item received is defective.The wrong item was delivered.
The item arrives damaged.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original
condition.
For hygiene reasons, certain items, promotional items, or sale items may not be eligible for return
or exchange.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business
days, where applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kandè.

7. Product Information.
We make every effort to accurately display our products.
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or individual screen
settings.
Minor variations in handcrafted details should not be considered defects.

8. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide.
If you require sizing assistance before placing an order, our customer service team will be happy
to help.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, branding, logos, graphics, and website content remain the exclusive
property of Kandè.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
Kandè shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
or purchase of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.

11. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, customer support, and service
improvement.
We do not sell or intentionally disclose customer information to third parties except where
necessary to process orders or where required by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent
courts in Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms
Kandè reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior
notice.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
